Who to give to?

The Holy Bible speaks about that we should give offer gifts and tiding(?), but who do you suggest I should give to?

I'm not a member of any church, but I would like to share some of my money.

I have a evangelist friend that runs a ministry named "Kingdom Lifestyle". He's doing such a great job praying for peoples health and empowering and giving faith to people.

On the other hand is an orphanage in India where there are 30 children who's been taken care of plus they feed about 300 more.

I have such small amount available. Now I wonder: Who should I give to? What would Jesus do?

It's too bad you couldn't get together with others that have a little cash to give and put it away and raise enough to buy some land or at the Least lease some land put a community garden on it charge the people a small amount so as to help pay for the land/lease and tell them you'd take 10% of their produce to feed the hungry. I think Yeshua might agree with this.

The possibilities are endless you could also start a mobile soup kitchen when the community garden is up and running where you'd go out and feed the needy people in the streets even the drunks and the others that are called low lives, everyone needs love.
Edited,
You could also find among those people new recruits and its an honourable thing to do.

None of you gave any good answers to my question.

I think I will live by trial and error.

I have too much pain to work outside my home - I'm on social welfare - and I have just a little to give.

Does it matter? Doesn't God see the heart of the giver and not the receiver?

Bible does say God helps those who help themselves - I think He could have also said 'God helps those who help themselves in a manner of what they are capable of helping (giving).'

I love your Silver heart. Bible says that God purifies silver.

I see some of the problems in this world when people put up walls to stop the, from doing things for the benefit of the community they are in. I'm glad other readers of this can see how to help people. One doesn't even have to be in the field to actually get it going. Lets just wonder about what to do and put it on a thread and have a defeatist approach yeah that's a good idea.

I sense that you write to yourselves - giving yourself inspiration, good ideas and reflection. Nothing wrong with that :-)

Actually I speak to many people, I show them things about the problem people that when given suggestions/advice they just shrug it off. I also show these people the intent of these problem people that aren't really looking for answers even though they ask for them but oh well yet more exposed.
