Who knows?
anyone have any ideas of what soft brittle finger nails might relate too. I suspect a deficiency and just wondered if anyone aware through their own issue what it relates too?
Intuitively I picked up on zinc but wondering if Iron might be an issue as well after doing some research. I am not suffering the normal iron deficiency symptoms so I could possibly rule that out but maybe it shows early signs in this way?

http://www.medicinenet.com/brittle_nails/symptoms.htm
That website suggests (as causes) aging, too much nail polish remover use or maybe hypothyroidism. It suggests taking a biotin supplement.
But based on the suggestion about hypothyroidism, I would go to the doctor and get tested for that. I have read that a great many people are actually suffering from it but just haven't been diagnosed. And if so, your thyroid not functioning can cause all kinds of other issues in your body.

Had some nail problems, i asked myself, what energy needs to be generated in body so nails are ok, connected to it, i forgot what i eated, but now i would say they are ok, since i have no more breaking problem... That was 3 months ago. Maybe you could intuitively pick something about it. Body tries to tell something.
