nudges of the body
How can you tell if the nudges from spirits are on good intent and not to intend harm as sometimes i get strong nudges ?

If you believe that there can be good or bad intent from spirit, then you can create that world. But believe in your good intention and believe in spirits good intention and that is the kind of spiritual path that you will take.

I get this a lot myself as im falling asleep never had bad feeling from it :smile
i think they just do it to get out attention ... so wouldnt worry to much

Hello youngers,
Perhaps if you are not paying attention to Spirit when they have a message for you , the nudges will be stronger .... just to get your attention ? This happens to me.  It's kind of like a " hey, listen to me " nudge
