If I were to scientifically try to explain it, I'd say it's an interesting cloud formation, and that the colours were due to moisture in the cloud messing with the colours to produce a rainbow effect....but I don't want to give this cloud to science!

I see those a lot. I think it's rain crystal formations in the clouds and the sun's reflection on it causes the rainbow. I've got pictures of them too.
Very pretty picture!

It's some natural phenomena in my opinion. The Book of Enoch tells us a lot about the actual appearance of Angels and fallen Angels. They are Humanoid, the phenomena could have been produced by an Angel, but I highly doubt it's actually an Angel. Angels are beings.

the rainbow refraction - was that seen in the sky or did the camera do it?
Most spirit pics I've seen they only come out in the taken picture, but that's different than clouds.
Either way I'd have to say wow, that's cool. Definitely an angel.

I know it's not an angel per se, but it's not unknown for angels & spirits to communicate with clouds

it is called cloud iridescence. and it is in my views that angels or what not can manipulate weather or other energies to send messages to us.

In an ideal world, I'd saying it's a message to mankind saying "All is going to be fine just ride this last bit out".
Unfortunately we don't inhabit an ideal world. Yet.
