What sensations do you feel when you reaize that your guide is with you? Or a spirit?

Hello, i often feel tickling sensations, such as stroking on my arm's and face and top of my head.
I believe this is when spirit or my guides are close by me ;)

I get various feelings. I get pressure on my face, sometimes its a feeling like I walked through a spider web on my face, other times its like a feeling that someone covered my head with a blanket, or a band is being tightened around my head. I feel sudden cold or sudden hot at times. Sometimes it feels like the air suddenly got denser.

Me also, but on my back and neck too

I feel elation in my chest and a vibration when spirits and guides are with me. When it is my higher self the top of my head tingles. Sometime I get tingly sensations all over my body.
