"Holy" Films
Can you think of any films which are "holy"....either to you or in general?
I think there is a special set of films which have achieved holy status. Although not in the 'official' sense.
Here are a few films which I consider Holy:
It's A Wonderful Life - by Frank Capra with James Stewart (A tale of human kindness and charity. Of redemption).
The Last Temptation Of Christ - by Martin Scorsece with Willem Defoe (A powerful study of what it means to spiritual).
Legend - by Ridley Scott with Tom Cruise (A beautiful story of love and enchantment).
The Good, The Bad & The Ugly - by Sergio Leone with Clint Eastwood (This film is a violent western. But I think it is an allegory for life in general).

One of my favourites is THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD.......Great film in my opinion.
It tells the story of Jesus.......a very old film.

Honza, I am sure that this will come as a surprise to anyone familar with me from before the site went down, but my all time favorite spiritual movie would be "What Dreams May Come" with Robin Williams. My second would be "Mists of Avalon" which showed how important the Mother Goddess was to the early Britains. My third would be 'Ghost Town", a comedy that gets the message across of how spirits can be held here by unfinished business.
