Truth is absolute.
"Truth" is just a word to describe a specific state of understanding. It is not a thing on its own, as such the word truth can be nothing else but absolute.
The hard part about spiritual growth and understanding is that so often people use words in contexts that make no sense and can therefore never be resolved. Ending in silly meaningless arguments.
What we can understand as a truth in our perception of the world is based on our experiences. The more experience we have and the more open our perceptions, then the greater understanding of truth will grow.

There is no "Absolute". Why? because the universe is always changing. It is living Medicine Wheel that is always changing. It can not be fixed in one place or truth, or it would die.

And yet at the hub of the ever-changing wheel there is an all-pervading stillness which never changes.
It is this unchanging stillness which allows us to recognise change.
We find this reflected in ourselves. The body changes, the emotions change, the mind changes, our lives are full of change. And yet our core identity remains unchanged, and this allows us to recognise all the change we experience.

This is the best response. This says self is at the center. Oneself is a Medicine Wheel. We all have Medicine Power. We mirror the universe and the universe mirrors us.
