Barrynu,

I know a group of people that work and have helped a lot of people with issues or through the kundalini stages.

running hangs out there every once in awhile as well :)

let me know if you are interested and I will send you a link.

All the best,

Tom

i have taken advantage of transmissions, shaktipat, or whatever with benefits.

it can be a major advantage. for me it is sorta like this. my truck a couple months back was governed at 70mph. the mechanic bumped it up and now runs right over 80mph. dont take it up to 80 much but still makes my job a whole lot easier. not just the extra miles i can clock in in a day, but also no matter how hard one trys to not stuck in a 5 mile long drag race trying to pass a truck governed one or two miles an hour slower. it happens. the faster one can pass or get out of the way the safer it is. accidents i see most often is when traffic gets typed up in a knot from somebody tying up the hammer lane. things get bunched up and bam. no good. worse when its icy conditions.

shaktipat and such can make things faster and smoother i have found for me. for me its all ahout what i feel from something. everything has got to pass the feel test. maybe different for everybody. i have had good luck with it. dont do much anymore cause where i work now runs me hard. i barely have enough time for one hour meditation per day. the rest is drive, eat, and sleep. when i get home i devote my time to my girlfriend and exercise.

i have meditated most with jonesboys group and david spero. i plan to meditate with jonesboys group again. meditated in india with a bunch of people years ago. was powerful. spent some time at a gurus ashram incthe states. was good. with a teacher of intuitive healing and group. was good. i think its good to be adventurious and have fun.

i dont do drugs whatsoever. a beer or two a week. i think i can mention the problem wity drugs on here cause i had to call the cops on somebody whom was out of control on drugs. whom is now in jail. not that i wanted to be the one that got him locked up. but drugs can make somebody a danger to themselves and the public at large. hopefully when all the opiates and whatever else is out of him maybe he will get into meditation. or at least not get back into the drugs.

its my personal belief that if more people stood up and spoke the truth about how one can become absorbed in the joys of spirit through spiritual practice, more people would chose the spiritual path rather than destroying oneself with drugs. opiates are literaly destroying or temporarily destroying lives everywhere. im not talking about some joint of cannabis. im talking about opiates and the like.

maybe. just maybe. rather than the focus on the plethora of stuff for sale from gurus about how they wish you to be, but instead the science of the kundalini and how it is beyond cultural ideas, and can potentialy provide oneself in a an endless bliss, more people will see a healthy alternative. and less will be drawn to the opiates that have become like a plague in the states.

continued update.

he is still stuck in isolation.

good news though. he has spent (EDIT) his time going to and finding a place he calls no thoughts. his words not mine. its peaceful feeling he says. i informed him that is the masculine side of the divine. silence.

and apparantly his intuition is kicking in. he knew the date to the day the judge would make his release date. many other things are coming to him. i told him thats good but it would be a good idea in my view to keep the focus on tuning into the silence while your stuck there.

some days before the lockup he kept getting a message about sacrificing to open up to new things. well it seems so. as this event has gotten him off a seven year opiate addiction. opened him up to the silence. and maybe his intuition to.

i told him when i was in boot camp i had to be like a prison guard for a few days. they had a different kinda isolation they put you in. a small cage you barely fit in. somebody(prison guard) stands by your cage. sleep deprivation is part of the punishment. so the guard has a stick. they are instructed to bang on the cage if you fall asleep. tbey were allotted two hours sleep per day. in addition they were let out to go through exercises designed for intense pain.

when i guarded the cage i let the guy sleep. told him i will wake him if somebody comes in. so we dont both get busted. he claimed to be in there for months. hard to believe but i witnessed this first hand.

everything has its problems. i have no regrets about my military expereince. or have anytbing against it. but i certainly dont agree with that punishmemt. i seriously doubt it goes on anymore. that was back in 1992.

Again i say if you are a guru and like many have a big sales pitch of controlling aspects rather than speak the truth about how bliss and silence is available to all. all people of all personalities. may i suggest grow up. find your big boy pants or big girl pants and tell the truth. if you really believe in the sales of controlling aspects i hope you find your way out of business!!!! if you run across me i will do as i have before. speak out right at you reguardless of who you are and who is there.

again most people do not get into spirituality because it stinks to high heaven with all its deceit. Speak up and tell the truth!!!

contined update. gentleman is still in solitary confinement

sounded really good on the phone. excited to tell me he is experincing the no thoughts peaceful experince about a half hour now at a time now.

he said, "he been experiencing the no thoughts peaceful expereince here and there his whole life. had no idea it had anything to do with spirituality. would of gotten into this had i known." i replied, "of course not. i didnt either. spiritual circles sell proganda not spirituality generally speaking. or they do but it is 90% propganda." been there to.

gave him a basic pranayama exercise to do. was excited to do that along with his meditation.

power song. finding ones own power.

he is out of solitary confinement and out of jail. today i got a chance to see him. he darn near escaped in the beginning while the judge was seeing him. feet and lets cuffed and somehow leaped over the table and made it to the door. pretty dumb idea. think the whole thing shocked him and he freaked out. in any case thats why he got stuck the whole time in solitary confinement. the good news is the inmates got a kick out of it. lol. and the solitary confinement is by design a meditation. not saying its good. sure dont want to go there myself. hope nobody does.

so no thoughts he brought up to me and i mentioned earlier in the thread he found while stuck in the cell. hasn't stuck yet but says it only takes a few seconds of focus and he tunes into it for some time.

recently he started experiencing the bliss. he is telling me if he focus's about five seconds later he gets a feeling like being stoned but without all the negatives that drugs do. so his plan is to continue focusing on the no thoughts and bliss to build it more into his system.

this gentleman isn't much of a meditater. meditation is only a tool. whatever tool brings one to the desired goal is what matters. for him thats a particular focus.

hopefuly everything continues in the right direction. reguardless if he continues his spiritual interest. he did look and feel to be better than i have ever seen him. and super excited about life without drugs after a 7 year opiate addiction. smoking huge amounts. he may be lucky to be alive. hope the best for him! 90% of people fail and go back to opiates 10% make it. hopfully he is that 10%.
