What type of entity is this?

Hi, I would like others input on what this could be, I have a connection to some sort of higher spirit or entity that seems to have a very high vibration compared to a regular person. I feel strongly that it's a girl and that it is very close to me and I feel very strongly that she could even be my twin flame. whenever I feel her energy it's a like a very strong blast of golden colored energy that starts from my crown chakra and shoots down my spine out my root chakra. I get this very strong during meditations focused on figuring out who this entity is. I also get very strong images of a golden female that's shining so bright it's like she's made out of golden light. I remember having this connection at a very young age and I feel like I know her? she's even saved me from a negative spirit before. I know that the connection is very strong and growing and feels like something that could be described as a soulmate or maybe twinflame? I know she's a very loving entity because during meditation when I connect with her it's so strong that I can't even handle it at it's fullness. So ya, there's definately a lot more than that but anyway, I would like to see what anyone would have to say about this and what it might be.

Sounds to me like this entity is the higher self of your soul mate, which could be a twin flame. In my view, it would be worth the effort to grow that bond you have with this entity.
