hello all
hi guys, i'm from sunny Queensland Australia.
i see a few of us are here already.
i have come here as i am seeking help with learning how to control and focus so i can not be freaked out every now and again.
it seems to be getting stronger as i get older or i'm more in tune or something as i'm having more and more events now.
any help or a direction where to go to find this help would be much appreciated :-)
