Today I am thankful and grateful that I have been given confirmation where a spiritual teacher stands in terms of being in my life or not. Now I am able to finally let go of them since that's what they desire. I want to respect their wishes and give them peace by ceasing my connection with them from this point forward. I will always love them and be grateful to them for all they have taught me, but apparently I messed up far too much to remain even friends, so I must accept this and move on in order to properly honor them and the kindness they have shown me. It hurts, but again, it's my own fault. So I'm finally doing what I can to make things right by letting them go, even though I will miss them terribly and always regret my past actions and ignorance. However, if there ever does come an opportunity one day to make things right somehow, I will try my best to do so out of my love and gratitude for them.
On that note, I am also so thankful and grateful for still having the amazing teachers and spiritual friends that I presently do have in my life, who continually bring me closer into their fold. I love them all so much. Words truly cannot describe how much my heart sings for them. I wish always to be close to them and to never be separated from them, in this dimension/lifetime or any other. I wish to learn from my past mistakes and never bring any discord or harm to them, and only foster compassion and unity within the community. I presently cannot do much of anything right  , but if I could or have the capacity one day to do so, I would do anything for them. They all have my heart, and it may not seem like much right now, but I have a feeling that one day it will prove to be an important "key" of sorts.
(I don't know why I typed that last sentence out, but it just popped into my head. So I thought it might be important to write down.)

So thankful and grateful to always have exactly just enough of anything I need or even want at any given moment.
Today:
So thankful and grateful that I am off to a great start for my new diet and exercise lifestyle changes.

Today I am thankful and grateful for all of the people I meet when out and about. I appreciate their hard work and every job that they take on to do. |
