Great thread! I resonate with this today as i felt my energy being drained(i take responsibility for allowing others to do so consciously or unconsciously and realized enough is enough. I realized to stop seeking outside of myself for answers. I am now here to share my experiences, be there for those in need if needed, and to just be in an environment that is filled with people of likemind. Anything that does not resonate i will let it go... We are all equal and anyone who feels above another is not coming from a place of spirit in my humble opinion. I have many roads of growth ahead, however, i feel i have the right shoes on now..

I've been having confidence struggles lately as well.. Thanks for the affirmations!

One that has been helping me in my down time lately is I am at peace with who I am.

Just saying it and accepting myself for all my aspects whatever they may be helps to pull me out of a rut.. For a little bit at least
