I think I read somewhere that they inhabit a slightly higher vibration than physical matter and as a result we have to raise the vibration of our consciousness a little to become cognizant of them.

In a book, called 'Phenomenon' by Sylvia Browne.
Not on the subject, I used to watch Sylvia (she is a medium, a claravoyent, other things I can't remember.) when I was little. My grandmother would watch Montel when she would be babysitting us (my cousins and I). Every once in a while I'd watch it. |
