Cat I eat like a little bird

I've discovered that by eating almost constantly throughout the day and by drinking lots of water and juice, I feel much better than when I used to eat big meals [I would be so hungry in between, and then I would eat a lot and make myself sick]. Now I'm going to try finding leafy stuff that I might like to eat [I'm spectacularly picky about what I eat]; any suggestions?

So long as you are getting all the food and nutrients you need, CrystalKitty, then it is your business how often you eat!
It's said that there are two types of eaters: Predator types, and grazer types. 'Grazers' do well nibbling throughout the day. 'Predators' are happier with two (three?) meals and a few hours' gap in between. But to force one type to eat like the other, often doesn't work out so well.

Leafy greens? The list is long....let's see if I can remember them all....

Watercress
Spinach
Cabbage (all types including Spring Greens)
Kale
Chard
Lettuce
Pak Choi
Rocket
Beet tops
Nasturtium leaves (!) great in salads. Slightly spicy.

There must be more which I can't think of right now!

Thank you kindly! I take vitamins and an iron supplement, and the rice milk I drink has lots of good vitamins and minerals in it, so that's good, too.
Watercress sounds interesting. My mum likes salads, so she often eats kale and lettuce and so forth, so I'll taste some the next time she has salad and see which kinds appeal to me.

Don't forget to try kale with garlic, pine nuts, and a slash of light soy! :-)

You may have been eating too many processed, fatty, salty foods.. especially salty foods can be veeeery addicting, and even in lots of nut butters, breads, etc there can be lots of salt!

Also, now with the juices u are getting more nutrients...
i reccomend having a look at Dr Greger on Yt and Dr mc dougall as well, Oh and Forks over knifes .. they know a lot on healthy vegan nutrition.

I do like quinoa and rice chips a bit too much, and I do eat nut butter fairly regularly... [You have a beautiful avatar, by the way!]
I think I'll try making blueberry and peach juice today or tomorrow.
