Just takes time until you find your rock.
Recently I was getting depressed until I found my two sources of strength.
1) Japanese anime movies, for pure motivation. When I see the effort they put into their art and how fresh and lively it is, it's impossible not to be motivated.
2) Speaking to my dad. What I've discovered is that, even though he's dead, that doesn't stop me talking to him. I get a lot of strength relying on my dad's support, now more than when he was alive.
