I feel for anyone who smokes and is looking at the prospect of quitting. It's a rough ride.

Some times it is tough. Its about habit cues. Becoming acutely aware and understanding things that set off your desire to smoke. Remedying the situation by recognizing these cues and doing things to replace them.

Joey visited yesterday. He's an ornate box turtle that lives on the neighbor's property right next to us. He comes to visit and eat berries that fall to the ground. He gets trapped in the duck yard and I rescue him and send him on his merry way.
