Past life recall?

I have already out this in the crystals forum as it was kind of crystal related, but no one replied so I'm putting it in here too.

Recently I went to Skiathos, we visited the ancient capital of Kastro. I experienced some weird feelings there. I was walking up a hill and I couldn't stop my hand curling up as if I was carrying something. I sat in what would have been the main part of the town and it felt familiar.
Last night I felt guided to take Shungite, apophyllite and clear Quartz up to bed with me. I held them in my hand with the intention of programming them, but instead I felt myself going back to Kastro, carrying some kind of basket up the hill, it contained small green fruit or something, which I then put in a pit in the ground and covered up?
Would these crystals have aided past life recall? I know apophyllite can do that, but just wondering if anyone has any thoughts about the combination?

That could of been a past life memory. To quote Dic k Sutphen you could of astral projected during sleep ,but you only have vuage memories while awake walking around that city. You can use one of the many methods of past life regression to see.

P.S. We all go out of body during deep sleep , but dont remember . If you knew you were going to visit a place your mental energy might direct you there in your astral body . Things would look you had been there before . Just my thoughts .
