Communicating with or attracting elementals

Hello, I have been aware of a ability to see energy, auras, and entities for some time in my life. I recently started the very occasional habit of recording specific entities, beings I call "the others", in a notebook though I feel I am not using my abilities to their fullest. When I am spiritually out of sync with myself I see very few of them, and the ones I do see are rather blurry, and vis virsa. I was taught from an early age not to communicate with the things by my mother, who also see's things-mostly manifestations of negative energy. When I first joined the forum I made a post asking what they were, someone explained that they were likely elemental s.
I am making this new post in the hopes of gaining answers to what I can do to better understand these beings and what they want from me. Is there a way I can safely communicate or attract them? How can I develop my abilities further? Where do I go for actionable information?

To better understand beings and what they want from you it is best to be able to understand, sense and feel the energy of your own soul, the energy around you and the energy coming off other beings, such things tell you if the energy is positive or negative, thus gives you an indication of what there intensions are.

If you want to communicate with them and attract them safely learn how to use shields, and focus on hearing there voices, ask for positive beings to be around you, and that positive beings come to you and be thankful for there presence.

To further develop your abilities believe in yourself and continue to practice your abilities.

I remember you talking about them on one of my threads. I think NightCat's advice was good, create a sacred space, make it clear that you only allow positive beings into your space you can also call in anyone from the higher realms that you have a connection with for assistance. You probably already have a feeling about who they are an it's good to pay attention to that aswell. All the best IsiahHolmes123.

In terms of the last question that wasn't understood, I meant, for example, is there any recommended reading material on elementals or other information which could be useful. Information that I could readily implement or take action with, hence the word "actionable", in my quest for information.

i do not know of any books but this site itself should allow you to access any information you wish to gain insight on as well as recommended books by others :)

Get yourself any books you can find on them. Through library or look online and see if you can find anything on the subject. Google, google and google. Most of all go with your intuition on how to attract them and be sure you are in a protective space when you do.

Firstly learn to control which realm you are tapping in to. Elementals have earth energy. Align yourself with the earth energy to reach them. They are not intrinsically dangerous to us because they dont need to feed on our energy. They can be mischievous and even attack if provoked though so treat them with respect. Demons/ jinn have negative energy and will feed on our energy so make sure your not tapping into their realm by accident or unaware.

Then sit in a quiet place by a creek or somewhere in nature with a biscuit or similar offering. They will come to you. Depends what kind if capable of language or not. Try communicating telepathically. Also be aware of nonverbal communication. Leave the biscuit for them or they may follow you home.

I had that happen a while ago. I was eating a biscuit and a cute little guy like golem from lord of the rings but with porcupine quills on his back came up and wanted it. I was talking to him but I ate the biscuit cos I figured hes not physical he cant eat it. (it wasnt meant to be an offering it was my biscuit). I did not realise until a week later that he had got in my car and gone home with me where he got stuck. He started scratching everyone else in my family just to get my attention again so i would take him back out.
