In meditation one must relax the body and calm the mind. To strengthen concentration and relaxation you can use the benefits of aromatherapy.
For the practice of meditation with aromatertapia should be used incenses, or essential oils that fulfill a function of benefit as does the Palo Santo.
To practice meditation, put yourself in a comfortable position and light an incense stick so that its aroma is concentrated in the area.
With meditation you can relieve stress, clear the mind, relax the body, with the benefits of the Holy Palo can achieve that necessary calm.
The Palo Santo can be obtained on the internet, I recommend an online store called EcuadorianHands where I find all products from the sacred wood.

Meditation in itself is enough to relax the body and calm the mind. The tension and stress will come to surface at the beginning, but if you keep watching, they will pass away and you will feel very relaxed.
Not that I'm saying that you shouldn't comfort your body at thr beginning, but if you pass through tension, relaxation will follow, it is natural.
