Can somebody explain what happened?

Okay so this thing happened to me twice in a row. Yesterday night and just right now, its 1:47 am. I decided to sleep and put on my usual rapping playlist. In both nights, I started feeling a spin, maybe my astral body spinning. In the first time it tried to turn 180 degrees on me, but this time it constantly spun for a good amount of time. I felt in delight and was just slipping through the objects when I rotated, as my physical body had chills the entire time. I also would sing the words of the song which was playing and I heard a voice of another one speaking; I AM SURE IT WASN'T THE SONG.

Anyway, I don't remember the reason why i woke up but, for 5 secs or so I couldn't move or talk and i felt i was being watched. Can anybody tell me what happened to me?
