Aura - 5 minute meditation
How long would it take to sense and feel auras if you only did five minutes of meditation per day?
Hope you have a great day!
Thank you! :)

You may start to feel your own aura relatively fast. But if you mean sensing other people's auras, that's another story altogether.

I don't know much about aura reading, but from most of the sources that I've researched, it seems like people generally need to really try for at least 20 minutes of meditation per day to advance in any significant way. Everybody is different, but time + intention = manifestation. The more time you put into it, the better it will be.
If you are only able to do five minutes of meditation per day, definitely try to focus on yourself and the area immediately around you, and how you feel. Also do this just during the day. If you focus on it and think about it all the time, you should be able to sense and feel them when you're ready.
