There being only life vibrantly pulsating
Discarding outer form merely transitioning
Are we at each moment within not reborn
Reshaped as unique welcoming a new dawn
Gradually becoming a void of emptiness
Magnetised with an aspect of love in fullness

Moment to moment
Enhancing love quotient
As empathy
In continuity
Or perhaps as bliss
A divine entwined caress

All being grace
Received face to face

Doer vs non-doer

Who is the doer
Or non-doer
When a God alone is the mover
We are at best a cogniser
An experiencer
As layers of ego we uncover

If distilling attention be a doing
So then is quietude prioritising
Even the breath we are breathing
Also not quite a happening
For it too is varying
With our attention fluctuating ...

Surrender too requiring a surrenderer
Who within is the astonished wonderer
Upon the pathless path the wanderer ...
Where lies the fulcrum of the cogniser
What makes unique dreams of each dreamer
Why use discrimination manifesting a thinker

The truth discerned in contemplation
Is that moment to moment every resonation
Requires alignment with chosen vibration

Ah! Choosing requires a chooser
Thus resurfaces again the doer
Or is it non-doer?

Phlegmatic indifference
Versus vibrant nonchalance
Outwardly may look same
With divergent end game

Stupor of Tamas
Vigour of Rajas
Quietude of Satva
Convergence the enigma

Each time reborn
Memory is shorn
It is the reflex instinct
That makes us distinct

Thus moment by moment
To each pulsation cognisant
We reshape our core
Radiating bliss galore

Seeing the light
Shining bright
It is the surrounding darkness
Highlighting its sharpness

Object of beauty
Held in void of infinity
Our fixation with illusion
Explains our confusion

Looking at outer bodily form
The earth interface we adorn
We see geometric perfection
In each and every undulation
Nodes at 12 finger width span
Orchestrating music with elan
Within the central Sushumna
Centre being the heart enigma
Where self & Self fuse in union
Igniting within a bliss explosion

The Anahata houses polarities
A torus of enigmatic symmetry
Triangulating above at the Ajna
Below at the sacred Muladhara
The head ovoid Hirayangarbha
Humming with purity of Anahata
At the head of the staff of power
Is-ness of being-ness empowers
Wholeness aligned thus complete
With throb of blissfulness replete

Layered light
Shifting hues
Reviewed by sight
Each moment anew

Awareness renews

Darkness a mystery
Each coordinate infinity
Collaborating in unity
Bewildering organs sensory

Oblivion if not for memory

needless consciousness contraction
arising owing to our stuporousness
first step cognising cause of agitation
that dulls our free flowing awareness

clarity in silence & stillness recognising
utter idiocy of our puerile indulgence
even as we nonchalantly exit stagnation
reclaiming blissful essence in innocence

thus frequent consciousness correction
reduces amplitude of mood oscillation
stillness gradually a perennial orientation
joyously vibrant with throb of bliss elation

The moment we realise
Divine aligned we are wise
It is the play in illusion
That binds us in delusion

What then the purpose
Of this circus
If consequences known
Of seeds sown
We would never err
No ego cravings would stir
With heaven on earth
Ever bubbling in mirth
We would be ever free
In our moment to moment entrée

Apparently method in this madness
Is to become one with oneness
Not by reason but by instinct
That love be the only precinct
Which we roam awake or asleep
For which realisation must sink in deep
By direct experience & assimilation
The throb of love our reflex orientation

Thus ingraining the truth by feeling all our doing
We become love enabled to the core of our being

Meditation
A cessation
Of thought
Ego begot
Yet thinking
As in resonating
With oneness
In stillness
Not by determination
But as of orientation
Gradually cultivated
Attachments sedated
Is optimal
To behold the miracle
Of bliss ignition
Climax in continuation
Within
As we begin
At each moment our entrée
Unbound & free
Of narrow fetters
A mesh desire scatters
Once we vaporise
We behold each surprise
In joy
Devoid of egoic ploy

Freedom not in thinking
Or imagining
But in actually being

Anahata spacial
Radiance spherical
Ignites both polarities
In perfect geometry
That climax of union
Throb of separation
Flow in a divine rhythm
With bliss the sensorium
Within each lifetron
That our form adorns

Anahata the domain
Where ego is slain
For where remains identity
Within climax in continuity
The elixirous bliss fizz
Accepts us on basis as is
Divine grace
Embracing us face to face
Here we are in our home
Energised by the life pulse ॐ
