LOA is my therapy. And I am a medium/empath so counselors usually have that way out of their world view. I cannot take anti depressants over other nerve reactions. |

Have you read or tried any other suggestion in this thread so far? or are you happy being how you are now and don't need help anymore?
I would also advise you get tested for selective attention bias.
