Feeling weird

I feel strange, see the past week I've been listenign to virtues CD chakra clearing...and I feel it's helped, however, I have no energy. I can muster it up if I have to but today is the worse. First my chest is hurting which I think is my heart chakra.
Secondly I just don't want to go out today I want to snooze and read. I know I know I have to go swimming but I cannot feel guilty about not going else I would just get anxious. Maybe I need this time to relax and recharge so to speak. By the way the very first time I did the chakra clearing my chakras were SO dirty, and they're getting better but still need a lot of work.
Any ideas why i'm feeling weird.
I also have a weird headache it's not a headache but my head feels weird.

Hey Spiritlite - I know that feeling it happens to me too. I have used a cd too for meditation so and it got worse. A good friend, who is also a medium suggested that you may need to cleanse the cd - bad or negative energy can build up in much like other things and a cleansing can help. Even if its just using your own light energy over it. Hope this helps some.
