There. There you have it, we are vibrational creators.
There was a cartoon, a guy called Sad Sack, rounded shoulders,
all these bad things happened to him.
I see that if I have confidence, and when we are confident we
are happy and in our power...this is where we create great things from.
When we concentrate on what is...say, we can't pay bills, we have an ache,
our living situation s*cks...we keep getting more of the same.
Why? Because that is where our focus is...even way back when
Paul said in Col 3:2...''focus on the things above and not the
things on the earth."
Where our focus is ...we get more of!!! 
Focus on great things, we get happy...happy things happen.
Focus on the struggle ...and by golly...everything
is so darn hard!
Test it out or look at your life so far...how's it workin for ya...

Yes and as you know you can extend on that ,yesterday when I was out I was high on the mission to get something in the post for my little boy in Africa for his birthday , people were complaining everywhere about the cost of this and that or waiting or whatever and I just kept coming back with postitive reponses .Oh so expensive they might say ,that childs game or the budgie food ,so I said to them but just think of the joy that it will bring them or that your birds bring you it wasnt in a sarcastic way it was just pure love flowing from me ,I truly meant it ,my life has changed alot from having this disability which is very much on its way out too, along with the negative attitude I once had. I love you Miss Hepburn....  Did you get to see Lovetruths last post?

I've taken my brain to bed sometimes because it was in such a bad place it was making terrible things happen all around! I was nearly instantly manifesting at that time and it was just ghastly to see how my bad mood warming things break and go wrong!
"That's IT!" I said to my brain "Your going to bed Right Now before you pull an asteroid down on us!"
lol
Things were much better the next day, but wow, I really had to pull the plug quickly on that situation - it was going from bad to worse at avalanche pace!
We vibrate into physical existence a mirror of our emotional state....Heaven or Hell.

Intent (and outlook) do affect the way things turn out. I don't think of them as creating so much as attracting what is focused on.
There are many ways to create. Not everyone uses vibration.

It is said we are magnets. So we aren't really 'manifesting' things, per se....
but attracting them into our vicinity.
