I have oain in 3rd and 4th chakra, what's happening ?

Hi everyone,
It's been about 10 days that every morning I feel a kind of vaccuming feeling in my stomach and solar plexus, it's unbearable and i can's sleep, so I toss and turn for about one hour with the pain and also the nausea and then I get up to go to work, then the pain and vaccuming feeling stays with me for some hours and then the pain and pressure in my heart chakra starts, and it sometimes lasts all day long, I even feel a great pressure in my third eye sometimes throughout the day, but that one is not negative at all, the two others are so intolerable and I can't take it anymore,

I don't think that's about the chakras being opened or healed,
and I'm in a bad emotional state, But that mustn't be this much bad!!

Btw, I have recently finished a 7 year relationship :( this is not finished for him yet after 6 months, and I've been in another relationship (an intense karmic relationship) for 5 months now :( 10 days ago he went on a one month trip to USA, many miles away. could any of these have a part in the pressure and pains in my chakras, I don't know if it's myself or something from outside?

ps: I have recently got familiar with the concept of being an empath and I think I might be an empath

Sorry to hear of your problems Shinmim but I think first of all it might be a good idea to see a doctor to eliminate any physical problems.

Pain in those areas is usually due to some sort of fear- are you afraid of something? If the pain was due to either of the relationships it would be under the belly button or in the throat. I agree with Jenny Crow that you really should eliminate the possibility of a physical cause before seeking a spiritual remedy.
