Are you running away from something or towards something...
Or perhaps both.

'Running' is often just a process of self discovery in my experience.

I find that I have always run towards something... mostly myself.

As far as you run... you will never outrun yourself.

I was the runner. Still am I guess, but I don't really know how to define it at this point. I ran about 12 years ago. Thought about going back, but kept running instead. The thing is, the TF connection is about looking inwardly, so sometimes, you need to run to be able to understand yourself. My TF and I still feel each other's energy once in a while. Sometimes we allow ourselves to get consumed by it, sometimes we block it. In the end, I don't believe you can truly sever it forever if the person it in fact your TF. I've read countless stories that start off like mine, or like yours, that end with 30 or 40 years later reconnecting. I don't wait for reconnecting. I've moved on with my life and so has he. But, if fate brings us back to each other someday, it will be because we have done the work we need to do on ourselves first.
