Dream of falling and trying to get out

It was a very short dream but i kept feeling dizzy like i was losing control of my actions and then in my dream i was sleeping for a bit then it was like my whole body was falling. I was falling in this completely dark room like an elevator shaft i guess, which wasnt ending so in my dream, i was trying to escape and trying to stop myself from falling and i’m pretty sure i eventually got out it because i woke up in my dream. Bit confusing but feel like this dream had some sort of meaning cause i can’t shake it off.

When things happen in life do you sense you sometimes lose control of your emotions and start spiraling into an emotional state with confused thoughts unable to express what you really want to say? If so the dream may be telling you there is a confused thought at the start of it. At the start of your emotional fall into dark feelings. It can feel like we are all of a sudden triggered into becoming overwhelmingly emotional but there is some old thought or belief system that is feeding our upset that has become a part of our subconscious response to the world

As an example. I always felt wrongly accused by my parents. They meant well but saw something wrong with everything I did thinking criticism will help me be better at life. This is fine if I slipped up but there were times I was proud and felt good or felt I was trying to do good and I still got dinged. This created great hurt in me so anytime moving forward when I got accused of having bad motivate or doing something bad when I thought I was trying to do good I would immediately flip out into a rage. I didn't see where the hurt was coming from and that it was very specifically tied to being wrongly accused which didn't happen too often but gosh when it did I lost my mind and my emotions.

Mindfulness turned out to be a good tool to help me see and weed out the counter productive ideas I was taught growing up. Paying attention to my inner dialogue when I was upset helped me to weed out the lies I was believing as truth. It is a process that takes time because there are likely many layers of thoughts and beliefs to sort through but getting to the bottom of things is possibly where we can resolve our big triggers in life for good.

i see the dream as expressing your having reached the polar extreme of
divinity known as Will. Will is never static, it's always in motion... which
may have been sensed as "falling"... falling away from the polar extreme
of Spirit, which is completely 'enlightened'.
for you to have 'awakened' while at that dark pole would represent having
successfully merged the sensitivities of each pole, bringing enlightenment
into the service of Will essence. there is no "escape" from the matrix of
everything... there is no "getting out" to be done. the dream has shown
you as having gained mastery of what constitutes reality.
