hi all looking for help with a few things
Hi all.
Lovely to be here.
I am very interested in spirituality and have been learning over the past few years.
However my head has got into a muddle over concepts and i spinning in confusing circle and really can't out of my head. I have gotten disconnected from day to day life and have a lot of very tight clinging energy stuck to me.
I also feel ripples through it and if it's constantly moving around and through me. There are tight bands around my solar plexus and hips. And it feels like layers of energy stuck together. I feel like there is a high charge of energy around me but I don't know how to heal or discharge it. Sometimes my tongue vibrates powerfully against the top of my tongue as ripples of energy roll through me.
It is very distressing.
My insides feel like they are very tense and I try and relax but there are knots and twists in this energy. I feel a very powerful cord at my left hip which if i send myself loving energy seems to flow down and away somewhere.
I don't know where I should start here with this to receive help
If anyone could point me to an approriate forum area I would appreciate it
I have experienced a lot of anxiety and depression in life and grew up in an emotionally dominating environment.

Hey Simon, I know you have lots of questions, it's a start already. Just take each day one at a time. You gotta crawl before you can walk. I also struggle with depression (bipolar one) and anxiety since I was about 7 years old. I have not been here on SF for long, but it has helped in the shortest amount of time in all my life.
