Hello everyone
Hello,
My name is Mark. I am 39 years old, I live in Denver, Colorado, USA. I have been married over 3 years to my lovely wife. i am also a returning student, working on my bachelor's in journalism.
I have had my experiences with spirits/ghosts in the past. In time I would like to share them on here. Right now the number one topic I want to bring up is astral projection. I would like to experiment with it. I read somewhere that if you dream about flying then that was astral projection. Well I can say I don't remember coming in or out of my body. So that was all a dream. When I was 6-7 years old I witnessed my mother astral project. For the past two years I found astral projection really fascinating, and would like to embark on a journey.
I have a few questions about astral projection. One of which is, would my journey keep positive if I stick with positive thoughts? My other question. I am a Christian, can my religious beliefs affect me from experimenting with astral projection?
I find this forum really iinteresting, and hope to connect with people and share my experiences on here.

Hello Mark, welcome to the forums
Your more than welcomed to explore our astral projection section, even start a new topic. As far as I am aware, AP'ing is simply an out of body experience with possible interactions with energies of the highest light and the lowest, however, Ill let the professionals chime you in.
