This reminds me of my own experience. I was having difficulty sleeping because of intense mental irritation I was having that night (I don't know why). Listening (and maybe chanting along) to Maha Mrityunjaya mantra immediately gave me full relief from that state and gave me such peace. Some weeks ago I thought that as that mantra made me peaceful that night so why don't I try chanting it again. When I did chant again along the mantra recording, I felt great pleasure within me and contentment because of that pleasure.

My spiritual friend is just a friend. There are no features attached or abilities gained by having this friendship.

The way mortals find out about what is in adjacent rooms is by allowing their spiritual guide(s) to relay that information via 'suggestion' from the source spirit to the destination spirit.

i will give you an example that actually happened to me last year.

A person based in America willingly did a Tarot card read for me in the UK. The cards were ready and we were talking live in a chat room.
i would tell him to stop, pull out and turn over a certain card at a certain time.
Now, here is where it gets freaky. The cards pulled out summed up my life to perfection and this is how.

What actually happens is, in the spiritual world, information can be easily extracted from mortals memories. We have very little defense. So my daemon spirit would give me the urge (suggestion) to tell the card reader to stop at a certain location because my daemon knew where all of the cards were, thanks to the card locations being sent back to it via the card reader's spiritual contact.

The spirits communicate with one another via telepathy. This is how genuine telephone Tarot card readers function.
