Remedies for Colds?
Hello. I have arrived here due to a rough cold that I had gotten yesterday. I was heavily congested in the head along with a sore throat. It has gotten better since last night, but still a bit stuffed up along with faint fuzziness in the head (most likely from the strobe lights at an event). Any home remedies you recommend?

Zinc gluconate seems to help colds by disrupting how the virus propagates itself on a cellular level....
It is available over the counter in cold remedies such as Zicam and Cold Eze.
Olive leaf extract also helps.....my favorite brand is Barleans....its liquid and the best and most concentrated olive leaf extract I've found.

what has always helped me is a white grapefruit juice, freshly pressed one. it is known that such a juice is able to kill bacteria in lymphatic system. it also helps when you take it before you develop a cold at times you feel something wrong is with you. give it a try..
