Question Okay so,

I'm trying to become a vegetarian.I think I'm starting off pretty good.I've been drinking water with lemon(because I heard It decalcifys the pineal gland,or I just get the fruits in the house (apples and bananas) and blend them with milk.

I haven't been eating fast food much,I just get granola bars and pack a banana with my water if I'm going out.

But I'm scared that I'm going to lose even more weight if this is all I'm eating,I'm skinny already.

When I stopped by to look at this vegetarian restaurant, the prices were twice that of a fast food restaurant.

The other thing is IK my family won't support me and buy all the healthy stuff (which cost more money)

So I wanna know is there a way I could get the healthy foods for cheap,or should I just wait until I'm grown up and I can buy my own groceries?

I guess wait till you have your own income is best.
Healthy food is more expensive except you live in village like me.

Cook recipes that have a lot of legumes, pulses and grains.
Things such as lentils, rice, coscos, beans etc are cheap to buy in bulk when they are dried or canned.
If your meals are based with veg, legumes, protein and carbs you shouldn't lose weight.
Make sure you eat eggs, fruit, nuts and wholegrains as wesll and perhaps take a B vitamin supplement as B12 is harder to get from a vegetarian diet.

My suggestion would be to research cheap vegetarian recipes and find the best places to purchase your groceries, be a bit frugal.

My diet, which is not vegetarian, includes white beans, red beans, brown beans, chickpeas, yellow peas, green peas, carrots, corn, onion, garlic, peppers, champignon mushrooms, cantarel mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes, cherry tomates, potatoes, strawberries and blueberries and apples and bananas. I buy some of it fresh and some of it canned. I'd buy some of these things dry and let them swell in water overnight but I am not a patient cook. Many of these things are not expensive but it depends entirely on where you live and what kind of stores are available to you.

You are a growing lad still. Make sure you get enough protein in your daily food intake.

Yes it is much cheaper to buy dried beans/peas/chickpeas etc. soak overnight, boil& simmer at least 45 minutes.....and all that. A bag will last for ages. But I am the same as you White Warrior! When I want my dinner, I want it soon! And I don't always have the foresight to plan it 16 hours earlier! Canned beans are good. Not too expensive, and usually half a can is enough for one serving. In UK a can can only cost 55p at a store. That is so cheap. Lentils, and Mung beans don't need all that fuss. They cook from dry just fine for only 25 minutes. Small red split lentils only 10 minutes.

Hahaha! I just recently became a vegetarian myself (8 days and counting haha) but here is a good link that will help you to know what you need in your diet.

http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-li...t/art-20046446

Btw... if you want to decalcify the pineal gland then stop using fluoride toothpaste. I hear it is what calcifies it in the first place. The toothpaste I've found in the USA for non-fluoride for adults isn't any more expensive than what you probably have already been using!

Also if you can stop drinking tap water that helps as well but this can be expensive...

You don't have to buy expensive foods to be vegetarian. Now if you buy organic foods that is another different story. I have been making sure to check everything that I usually buy but without buying meat and so far I haven't found one thing that has actual meat in it! Except ranch dressing... : (

It also depends on what type of vegetarian you are. If you don't eat animal byproducts then look into getting supplements! Page 2 has a lot of useful info. on that web link!
