How do you reconcile science and spirituality?

By recognizing they are simply two perspectives of the same thing, with very different premises, perceptions, and concerns.

For the most part those who use one or both have still have very incomplete understanding of what reality is. As such, often there results of using one tool do not align well with the results of the other tool. There is not much overlap. This is an artifact of the immature state of how people are working with the tools, not any inherent incompatibility.
