What is it like to be a photon?
Einstein developed the theory of relativity by asking himself what it was like to ride on a beam of light.
In trying to understand the spiritual, the non-physical, a good starting question to ask is: What is it like to be a photon?
A photon has no mass and no charge. Furthermore, according to relativity it exists in a state of no-time and no-space. So it would seem that a photon is a non-physical entity.
What do you think?

You may just as well ask the question "what is it like to be in two places at once?"....I just can't help myself. lol
I got over riding on photons ages ago and now I've hitched a ride on a few fermions with the quantum bus going to E^2=p^2c^2+m^2c^4

The experience of a photon is similar to that of a ripple in the water.
What is the existence of a ripple?
Is it the energy that caused the ripple?
Is it the medium on which the energy acts?
Or is it the underlying physics that allows such a reaction to occur?
Does it have an individual existence of its own, or is it just an occurrence of the play of forces.
