Meditation Frustration

Good title, eh? ;-)

Anyways, I've been wanting to meditate but there's something that always holds me back- the feeling of being watched. Everytime i try, it's such an overwhelming and eeire feeling.

I'm not sure what causes this (maybe subconscious problems or another energy presence?), so any help there would be appreciated.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

If this feeling would stay your whole incarnation, you would never be able to really meditate. So I guess it's best to accept the feeling and try to do what you want to do: meditate.

This is like... You are aware of that feeling of being watched. This is the immediate experience. It is what is. It is the truth of this, as it is experienced, in this moment.

All that is just a story.
