Are all forms of fluorid bad for you?

Hi,

I've switched my water intake from mainly tap water,
which is said to be clean here but still contains medicament arrears, to a certain clean mineral water(?).

But it also contains fluoride-ions. Are there any "healthy"/
not damaging versions of fluorid, any that wont negatively
affect your pineal gland or are all detrimental?

Fluoride is a by-product of the aluminum industry and as such, there is no form of fluoride that is not harmful. Mineral water however also contains fluoride because the drinks companies add that to the mineral water. Your best bet would be to get a water filter that works with reverse osmosis.
