Reasons for High Temperature of Stainless Steel Vacuum Pump Motor
Everyone knows that stainless steel vacuum pump is a kind of equipment which obtains vacuum by mechanical, physical, chemical or physical chemical methods. It is used for vacuum extraction at the start of the unit. Normally, it is used to extract the unconsolidated gas in the condenser. Every summer, the temperature of the motor will exceed the limit, while the motor will be high for a long time. Temperature operation will cause insulation aging and shorten its service life. The reason why the temperature of stainless steel vacuum pump motor is too high is introduced below.
1. Stainless steel vacuum pump fan speed is low, wind pressure, air volume is small.
2. The number of fan blades is small and the amount of air generated is small.
3. Stainless steel vacuum pump motor has high power, high working current and high calorific value.
Fourth, the motor has dust and oil pollution, which reduces the heat dissipation capacity.
Fifth, the bus voltage of the stainless steel vacuum pump motor is 380V. Because of the uneven voltage drop and load distribution of the cable, the actual voltage of the motor is only 365V, and the low voltage results in large operating current.
The above content is the analysis of the reasons for the high temperature of the stainless steel vacuum pump motor, which can help you understand that if you encounter similar problems in the future and know the reasons, the solution will be faster and more accurate.
