Everything was superbly done ... no expense spared ...
the last pic is just one example of the many gardens created especially for children ... brilliant attention to detail!
There is a whole section dedicated to storybook characters

It is isnt it SG ... and you know I didnt even look at the name when I was photographing them ... I think they are Chinese Bell Flowers though, which also can look like these in the pic below ... fascinating .... nature just blows my mind away every time :) ...

Hi sound - we used to have the chinese bell plant (mom called them Japanese Lanterns) - which are not the same as the other at all - the outer part is orange when 'ripe' (green until then) and then the elements and bugs I guess eat away everything but the sturdier veins.

The pink rose below isn't mine but it's gorgeous anyway:

oh ok ... maybe I am thinking of something else then ... the pic you said you liked was the flower of a decent sized shrub ...

I love the rose SG ... something as simple as drops of water on the petals is just magic isn't it ...

Mmmhmm. The 'Japanese Lantern' plant grows sort of like a tomato plant - very low to the ground in comparison except for it's sorta stemmy like tomato plants.

This is another shot of the same flower SG ... it is blurred but you can see the type of leaves ... the plant itself was well over 6-8 foot high ...
