walking or hiking in nature tends to uplift our spirits so it's a great exercise when you are depressed. Or anything that feels fun to you so that you can get yourself to do it, whether it be yoga, a team sport, even gardening. Once we start exercising, it helps lift depression and it gets easier and easier, so just pick something and start!

I suffer from anxiety and often am low on energy and motivation, so I hear ya! Best thing to do is start with walking. And on the days you do have some extra energy, make the most of it!

Kundalini Yoga is a gold mine for depression. I highly recommend Maya Fiennes as a teacher. My whole emotional paradigm has changed thanks for Kundalini Yoga!

It depends on how deep it is. Usually it helps temporarily or can help balance you like medication but it's never a cure

Exercising or walking does literally nothing against depression, trust me. I've heard clueless people say all the time that going out for a walk etc is a perfect cure against depression. Well, if anything it makes it even worse. Especially if you're a misanthrope with social anxiety.

The best way to defeat depression is to try and battle the cause or situation you're stuck in that is the root of your personal depression. However, it's easier said than done since we are totally on our own with that because literally nobody can help us, not even our closest friends or that uber-jerk up there in the clouds.

walking is a great way to eleviate symptoms of depression, I used to go walking at a good pace and always felt better for it afterwards, I'd have some of my favourite music on to keep me motivated too, hope this helps and please know that it passes eventually

I think any type of exercise refreshes your mind and you feel better when you are working out in the gym, grassy ground, or in a yoga class.
