What kind of energy was that?
Yesterday I was casting one land as shielding type. I was created waterfall, vegetation, ponds, tributaries, River and sea well. Did caste flower plants.
As soon as I was resting over flower petal, some kind of energy started acupressure on my limbs. It was so pleasant that I needed a lot.
I wish to know what kind of energy that?

How are we supposted to know? you are the one who is the experiencer of the emotion. If you cannot describe what emotion you felt, we can not.
my guess is esctacy. you were feeling immense joy/spiritual esctacy.
Congrats, wish I could give you a metal. All I can give you is my envy, wish I could do that haha. The ability to generate positive emotions via mental imagry is a desirable skill for practically all humans. In the tantric religion of Hinduis it's especially essential.

Thanks shivatar, yes while casting shield I was i extreme peaceful position but limbs were little stiff than what I got refreshed after this automatic acupressure.
