Honestly speaking, it's not an exact science, there's a lot of fluidity to the interpretations so tropical and sidereal could both be used in conjunction with one another during a session. Basically, it's less about "accuracy" and more about experimentation

I would disagree. It is quite a bit about accuracy. There are ways to be flexible but rules are for a reason.
You can do whatever you want personally, but nobody is going to take you seriously if you mish-mash systems and intuitively pull whatever you want out of the hat.
I am all for observation and experimentation, but be clear that is what you are doing.
Whatever system you use can work if it is consistent. Sidereal works, Western works, but you have to use one or the other and follow the rules or not. If you choose not to, then it isn't good practice.
I don't accept everything as the gospel truth, but I try to follow the rules of the system that I prefer to use. If you are playing a game and you break all the rules to suit yourself, then nobody is going to want to play with you. This includes the universe.
You can do whatever you want but it isn't really astrology if it isn't.
You are aware that Mercury and Venus always travel close to the sun. A person's sun sign is their sun sign but they might have planets in the neighboring sign that could explain why you sense those vibes. I would be insulted to have someone say that I wasn't my sun-sign because they sensed a vibe. There is a reason for the vibe that doesn't cancel out my sun. Don't mess with my sun sign.
Traditional geocentric astrology is based on our view of the stars. Your exact place and time of birth places you at the center of the universe. To you, you are. Geocentrically the universe is from your point of view. That is why Geocentric is valid and traditional. I use that system and don't have a use for heliocentric astrology, as it is not my preference. You might have a different preference but in order to have a preference you should have understanding of what your personal system is based on and the whys and wherefores. When you discuss astrology you need to state what system you are using. It is like a language. I speak Western Astrology and I don't understand Vedic very well, just bits and pieces. Your kind of astrology is greek to me.
That is my opinion about conclusions. As for how you observe and learn, that could be any approach that works for you but personal conclusions should remain as personal conclusions, not sweeping statements of what is so.
