Finding Guides

I know I have guides, I have seen them, and I know how they sheild me. I can see their energy and their presence. Problem is, I only know who two of them are. (Gabriel and a deceased family member)

Any advice on connecting with the others? I believe there are 7 of them in total.

It all depends what we define as a guide.
The angelic (even so Gabriel is technically no angel) can work with you on an energy level, yet are no guide for anyone. Family members can help you in certain phases of your life or are there to learn; would not call them guides.



Just ask the No 1 to step forward. This usually gets their attention.

I’ve been told in my early days as a medium that contacting these beings are like exercise. The more you do it and practice, the more beings you’re able to contact — even those of a much higher vibration.

So feel free to spend more time speaking to whoever you can already speak to, and learn from them to grow spiritually. Any movement towards love and the willingness to listen without any judgement helps. I heard automatic writing helps with the latter.

So then what would I call these beings? How do I distinguish between who are my guides vs.the others?

Well, for a start, you can just ask them. Though in my early days as a medium, I had to train myself to be sensitive to spirit’s signature vibration. We all have a unique vibration that tells something about our personalities and experience — such as how each human being has a unique fingerprint.

Ask them how’d you’d like it to manifest. I personally prefer it to manifest as a specfic type of smell or texture that somehow speaks about its personality.

Some spirits have a more energetic personality, and so it has very strong movements in a texture. Some are very calm, and so the texture is smooth and may smell like velvet.

Even in very similar personalities and experiences, all have subtle differences. Two spirits can be very warm and empathetic, but some may come across as “motherly” and the other as “sisterly”. Another two might be very charismatic, but one comes off as incredibly friendly and the other as playful mischeviousness.

It’s important to first get a sense of how the signature vibration of your guides are to recognize them. Some may try to stretch their vibration to fool you into thinking they’re your guides, so be careful. Make sure to request protection from Archangel Michael if there’s an emergency.

The best guide is yourself; choosing to experience something is just that; too many directions leads to degradation; practice without a guide is dangerous; we all read each others intentions; intending to navigate alone is an experience; answering a call is an intention; you always end up where you started; why bother;

I've learned through reading that guides come and go, depending on what lessons you are currently learning. There are some that stay your entire incarnation, and some 'specialize' in certain things and lend a hand when needed for a time.
