I use an affirmation app and this was hard to read, but very useful:
"You can close your eyes to the things you do not want to see but you cannot close your heart to the things you do not want to feel".

Today I have been giving thanks off life, affirming that I have money coming in every week, and practicing forgiveness of past events. I have felt quite positive today.
