Last year I was diagnosed with a borderline over active thyroid.
The doctor prescribed Carbimazole-I did take it, but then my thyroid became under active
I was on a higher dose, but basically I went to the Endocrinologist few days ago, and it turns out that my thyroid is now normal.
Alright so the Endocrinologist said that he'd still like me to stay on Carbimazole-until November, as it seems people are kept on thyroid meds for a year.
I've been taking B vitamin complex-a natural, highly absorbed capsule formula-this has been for several months, and I'm wondering if that has helped.
I ask because it seems that you may need some of the Vitamin B complex vits, if you have thyroid issues?
How about you, have any of you used natural alternatives, or supplements for your thyroid issues, and how did you find them?
