spiritual hand entering chest
Something interesting happened the other night. I was meditating
and asked for room to be made in my heart so that I could share it with someone new. I fell asleep meditating, female energetic hand entered my chest. It so much it woke me up, anf almost painful.I looked at the time and it was 2 am on the clock. Does anyone feel energy around this situation or had a similar in experience?

Once during a long distance reiki session I saw a fist enter my solar plexus chakra. The practitioner told me afterwards that as she attempted to move energy to my higher chakras that she was stopped at the solar plexus area.
