I don't use blood but I did once..
However I must make frequent blood sacrifices because I have to get my blood tested often. That counts, or so I was told.
I generally don't use icky things. I am a good spellcaster.

the use of blood is traditional and very powerful too bad the traditional views died down a lot over the years pretty dull if you ask me the traditional witches used to use it from their finger for blessings and what not.
