Thoughts interrupted after meditation

After practise of meditation my thoughts stuck into nose while studying reading and doing routine works.i concentrate on words of book but image of nose distrub me.how i forget the nose to divert my concentration on book

Let the thoughts have their space; focus on the nose, and embrace the thoughts. Really focus on the details of the nose and act as if it's an incredibly interesting thought and image that you want to know more about. Once they've gotten the satisfaction of having space to exist instead of being pushed away, they'll leave you alone.
