Reincarnation is it real? I'm in an obsession with death

Hello, everyone!
I'm at a very bad situation right now. Dead always on my mind since I was 9 It just upset me when I'm going to sleep. But at this time ( I'm 26 ) When I saw a lot of people died even my family member gone is like a nightmare for me, the first thing I think after I woke up is dead and in a whole day, I still think about it. My employees ask me, What is wrong with you dude? I can't answer them that I'm thinking about the dead

I wonder Why everything on the Earth born and die then I started researching about Reincarnation but badly everything today It just stories and science today is just know, after we clinical dead inside or brains have an energy keep the brain still work almost case by NDE ( Near Dead Experience ) but they can't catch the energy to study it and after we actually dead does it still living outside our body?

From 2010 onwards I didn't see the Western world researching about reincarnation much and in Asia, It is a belief by Buddhism. But today I saw a lot of forums, groups, youtube people discussion about reincarnation a lot ( But there is still no new evidence at all )

Prior to my research/belief in reincarnation, I didn’t understand how the mind lived beyond the body as people talked about life after death. After much study and bizarre dreams, I realized that the mind dies with the body but that our SOUL lives on in a spiritual capacity.

The best analogy that I can offer you about the mind, body and soul in this plane of reality ( Earth), is this:

The body is the vehicle, the mind is the driver and the soul is the backseat passenger just enjoying the ride and views, knowing at the end of the trip—everything is going to work out fine...

Dead is all right. I can see myself die in almost any of daily scenario. I had always wish to look beyond, you know. Once i had dream about me fall with motorbike and the i did. But i find it silly, becouse it bothers me, that when people die, some of them are still present and influence scene.
So what is the point, we have then living, death and also reincarnation(for that i don't have any experience, but have some ideas who i might be that defines me as i am).
I find this concept of all that dimensions, layers very complicated and also limited, wish i could know more. But questioning this things, everybody avoids this. One could think, that there is something controlling us from knowing the truth, which is normal when somebody wants to hold power from people. So people like flow of energy and stick to concepts that are flowing and serve them to function in avarage life and they say, that its nothing there. Like, that is it. But they don't say that it is like that, becouse they don't wan't to push extra mile(metaphorically said).

You can't rely on logic, nor on what others preach. There are so many opinions, and nobody can say who's right (if any ...).

The better solution is to try to find out for yourself by getting into an altered state of consciousness (self-hypnosis, meditation, ...), and once there ask questions to your inner source of knowledge.

When I was growing up, I too thought a lot about death. I would read that someone had died and I would wonder if, when that person woke up that morning, did they have any idea that this was their last day on Earth?

But I found the prospect of death exciting. For me, death was the Great Mystery. I was in no hurry to die, but I knew that whatever else I did in life, one day I would find out for myself what happened at death.

Since then I have read a lot about death and dying and what might happen afterwards. This included out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences, hypnotic regression, and all the accounts of children who speak about their previous life and family. And there is also the entire philosophy of Yoga.

And yes, none of this is concrete empirical evidence. But the sheer weight of anecdotal evidence is enough to convince me that consciousness will survive physical death.

Now I am in my sixties, and who knows how much longer I will live. But I enjoy my life, while still patiently awaiting the Great Adventure of death.

Yes, of course, that's why I'm on the internet and here for researching it

Yes, and I had looked at some post. But it is very same, people just have memories like a face, a view, house not details much. At least today I just saw 3 cases have more details James Leininger, Jenny Cockell and Anne Frank. There 3 cases at least they can tell any details and even they got older they still remember it

Yeah, I was having the same ideal dimension like you When I saw the news science find out the 4th dimension and even follow by Stephen Hawking there are more dimensions than that ( 4D, 5D, 6D ) totally 11 dimensions. And some people believe after dead the energy we can see it in other dimensions
