Spirituality in general has to provide answer to 3 fundamental question like
who u are ?
Who are yours?
What you want to do in life ?

Everybody depending on their levels tries to find these answers . Feeling lethargic in spiritual pursuit indicates one is still in search of sense of purpose (what one wants to do in life) .

Now while there can not be ready-made static answers to all such question , passionate persistence in spirituality and graceful guidance from an awakened soul can help one define/refine/revise/improvise these fundamental question on regular basis with more clarity and focus vividly .

Also many times people in spirituality (or for that matter in any field) know what not to do . The real challenge in thinking/psychology /spirituality is to convert this into positive what to do . This is because negation is a function of intellect and not that of subconscious. In frantic space of life with little knowledge of mind processes people many a times dont realize this . So u need to find what to do for your active playful 14-16 hours which is spiritually and ethically acceptable . .

Since i was drawn to this just 3 months ago, i dont think i am on such level where i must claim that i have found my life purpose. Maybe for some, they can do that in 3 months, but honestly speaking i have not.

I think this is the rift between my conscious and subconscious. I am not aligned with my purpose of life maybe. Or that i have not found those things which i enjoy doing and i am stuck in finding joy in old things.

Looking it from a perspective that my shift in consciousness have showed me the difference between right and wrong more clearly but my body is still stuck in those habits which i have to breakthrough to align with my higher self.

I still know that this will pass by and that i have to maintain peace within. But these days. I dont have energy to do anything else except for sleep and meditation.

What do you guys think i should do?
Every day i tey to get up from my bed and meditation with an intention to change and say no to old lifestyles. But i feel trapped in those thinking loops again and again. Every day. feeling helpless right now.
old lifestyles can be hard to part from. I don't believe "awakenings" happen all at once. I believe you simply grow and mature. You have to deep down want to change. Honestly I never meditated a day in my life but I have grown, I realized I made mistakes and I changed them. Not because I was told to, or because it was the right thing for someone else to do. It was because I deep down wanted to. And it feels great! I know I am far from done. Like a tree. You do one of 2 things, you grow or die. So keep growing, and learning. And don't lie to yourself. Do them things and you'll awake a little at a time.
